INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDICAL USE OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT ANT ACID SPIRIT-VISHPHA (FORMIC ACID SPIRIT-VISHPHA)
Composition:
Active substance: formic acid;
100 ml of the preparation contains 1.4 g of formic acid;
Excipient: ethanol 70%.

Formic acid alcohol belongs to agents that stimulate sensory nerve endings. By stimulating skin and subcutaneous tissue receptors, the drug exerts not only a reflexive but also a general humoral effect. Stimulation of receptors by the drug is accompanied by enhanced production and release of endorphins, dynorphins, and peptides that play an important role in regulating pain sensations, vascular permeability, and other processes.
