General Information
MyMedSheet is a reference website providing information about medicinal products, active substances, ATC codes, and manufacturers. Using the site does not require registration, creating an account, or providing any personal data.
What Data Is Collected
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze how visitors use the site. The service collects the following information:
- Pages viewed and time spent on the site
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Country and approximate location (at the city level)
- The source from which the visitor arrived
This data is collected using cookies from Google and processed by Google LLC in accordance with their Privacy Policy. IP addresses are anonymized. You can opt out of tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Contact Form (Tally.so)
If you send a message through the form on the site, Tally.so stores the data you provide (such as your name, e-mail, and message text). Processing of this data is governed by Tally.so's Privacy Policy. Your contact details are used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies and Local Storage
The MyMedSheet website itself does not set any cookies of its own. Cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set by Google Analytics to track visitors. Your browser's local storage is used only for the Favorites feature and is not used for tracking.
Favorites
The Favorites feature saves the medications you select in your browser's local storage under the key mms:favorites. Only identifiers are stored: the database country, the language, and the slug of the medication name. This list contains no personal data, is not linked to an account, and stays on your device.
To display the Favorites page, your browser sends these identifiers to our server and receives the medication details in return. Such requests are not stored and are not linked to anything. You can clear the list using the remove button next to a medication or by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

Data Retention
MyMedSheet does not store personal data on its own servers. Retention periods for analytics data and contact form data are determined by the policies of Google and Tally.so, respectively.
