How should the product be used correctly for facial rashes?

Affected areas should be swabbed with a cotton swab soaked in the tincture 3–5 times a day. The product should not be washed off or wiped away for 1.5–2 hours. It is recommended not to squeeze acne. The course of treatment usually lasts from 3 to 15 days.

What are the possible side effects of Ugrin?

In case of increased sensitivity to the components, allergic reactions may occur: itching, skin redness, rash, urticaria, Quincke's edema, or anaphylactic shock. In such cases, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Who should not use this drug?

The product is contraindicated for people with increased sensitivity to any of its components and individuals with bronchial asthma. The drug is also not recommended for children under 12 years of age due to its ethanol content.

Can the product be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Use during these periods is not recommended, as there is currently insufficient data regarding the safety of the drug for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

How does the drug interact with other medicines?

The product may enhance the effect of other anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and reparative agents. If you are taking other medications simultaneously, it is advisable to consult a physician.

How should the product be used for prevention?

For prevention, oily and normal facial skin should be swabbed with a cotton swab soaked in the tincture 1–3 times a day.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDICAL USE OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT UGRIN® (UGRIN)

Composition:

Active substances: 100 ml of the preparation contains extract (1:10) of the herbal medicinal plant raw material mixture "Ugrin®": millefolii herba (yarrow herb) 1.5 g; menthae folia (peppermint leaves) 1.5 g; calendulae officinalis flores (marigold flowers) 1.5 g; tanaceti flores (tansy flowers) 1.5 g; lavandulae herba (lavender herb) 1.0 g; chelidoni herba (celandine herb) 1.0 g; chamomillae recutitae flores (chamomile flowers) 2.0 g; (extraction solvent: ethanol 40%).

Excipients: none, except the extraction solvent.

Pharmaceutical form. Tincture.

Main physico-chemical characteristics: clear red-brown liquid with a characteristic aromatic odor. Formation of sediment during storage is permissible.

Pharmacological properties.

Pharmacodynamics.

A therapeutic and hygiene agent for facial skin care. Unghuent® exerts a pronounced wound-healing, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial effect due to the components included in its formulation. It does not cause inflammatory reactions, hyperemia, or skin irritation, while maintaining the skin's hydrophilicity.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the medicinal product. Bronchial asthma.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction.

The drug enhances the effect of anti-inflammatory, reparative, and antimicrobial agents. If simultaneous use of any other medicinal products is necessary, medical advice should be sought.

Special precautions for use.

To prevent the occurrence of adverse effects, follow the recommendations provided in the section "Dosage and administration".

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The medicinal product is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as there are currently insufficient data on the safety of its use.

Ability to affect reaction rate when driving or operating machinery.

No effect.

Administration and Dosage.

For external use only. In case of acne and facial seborrhea, wipe affected skin areas with a cotton pad moistened with the preparation 3–5 times daily, without washing or wiping off for 1.5–2 hours. Patients are advised not to squeeze out pimples. Treatment duration is 3–15 days. After 10–15 days, the treatment course may be repeated. During treatment, facial skin should be washed in the morning and evening with warm water and baby soap, always rinsed thoroughly with cold water.

In dermatitis and pyoderma, apply the preparation evenly to affected skin areas 3–5 times daily. Treatment duration is 1 month. If necessary, the treatment course may be repeated.

As a prophylactic agent, use Ugrin® as follows: wipe oily and normal facial skin with a cotton pad moistened with the preparation 1–3 times daily.

Treatment duration is determined individually by a physician.

Children. The preparation is not recommended for children under 12 years of age due to the presence of 40% ethanol in its composition.

Overdose.

Not observed.

Adverse reactions.

Allergic reactions are possible in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the medication, including hyperemia, skin itching, rash, urticaria, contact dermatitis, Quincke's edema, anaphylactic shock.

If any adverse reactions occur, the use of the medication should be discontinued and medical advice must be sought immediately.
