How should this product be used correctly?
Apply the solution to the skin. If the skin is damaged, the surrounding healthy tissue should also be covered with the product. For eye diseases, lubricate the edges of the eyelids.
Can Brilliant green be used by children and pregnant women?
Yes, the drug can be used by children, as well as by women during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Who should not use the drug?
The product must not be used by individuals with hypersensitivity to its components.
What are the possible side effects?
Allergic reactions, such as itching or urticaria, are possible. If it comes into contact with the mucous membrane of the eye, burning, tearing, or burns may occur.
What should be avoided during use?
Do not allow the solution to get into the eyes or onto mucous membranes, as the alcohol in the composition may cause irritation or burns.
How does Brilliant green interact with other substances?
The product should not be combined with disinfectants containing iodine, chlorine, or alkalis (including ammonia solution). When used simultaneously with other skin products containing organic compounds, the properties of the substances may change.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDICAL USE OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT BRILLIANT GREEN
Composition:
Active substance: brilliant green;
100 ml of solution contain 1 g of brilliant green;
Excipient: ethanol 60%.
Pharmaceutical form. Topical solution, alcoholic.
Main physicochemical properties: intensely green liquid with a characteristic odour of alcohol.
Pharmacotherapeutic group.
Antiseptics and disinfectants. ATC Code D08A X.
Pharmacological properties.
Pharmacodynamics.
Antiseptic agent for external and local use. Exerts antimicrobial action. The medicinal product is active against gram-positive bacteria.
Pharmacokinetics.
Topically acting preparation. There are no data on absorption into the blood and participation in the body's metabolic processes.
Clinical characteristics.
Indications.
Skin purulent-inflammatory processes (pyoderma, furunculosis, carbunculosis, blepharitis) of mild form, as well as surgical site preparation and treatment of skin surfaces after surgery and trauma.
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity to the components of the medicinal product.
Special safety precautions.
Avoid contact of the drug with eyes.
Do not violate the instructions for use of the medicinal product — this may harm health.
The drug must not be used after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions.
When used simultaneously with topical agents containing organic compounds, it may denature proteins and form new compounds.
Incompatible with disinfectants containing active iodine, chlorine, or alkalis (including ammonia solution).
When using any other medicinal products concurrently, inform your doctor.
Special precautions for use.
Avoid contact of the solution with mucous membranes, as the alcohol contained in the medicinal product may cause burns and severe irritation. The activity of the drug is significantly reduced in the presence of blood serum.

Side effects.
Allergic reactions (itching, urticaria). If the solution gets on the eye's mucous membrane, burning, lacrimation, and possible burns may occur.
