How should Priphei trawa be correctly prepared and taken orally?
Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 2 tablespoons of the herb, infuse in a water bath for 15 minutes, then cool for 45 minutes, strain, and adjust the water volume to 200 ml. Adults and children aged 14 and older should take 1/3 cup 2–3 times a day, 15–20 minutes before meals. Children aged 12–14 years should take 1/4 cup.
Can the remedy be used for the skin?
Yes, the infusion can be used externally in the form of baths or compresses.
What are the possible side effects of Priphei trawa?
In case of individual sensitivity, allergic reactions may occur: itching, skin swelling, rashes, redness (hyperemia), or urticaria. In case of overdose, these reactions may intensify.

INSTRUCTION FOR MEDICAL USE OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT BIDENTIS HERBA
Composition:
Active substance: Bidentis herba;
One packet contains Bidentis herba (Bidentis herba) 50 g.
Pharmaceutical form. Herb.
Main physico-chemical properties: fragments of leaves, stems, buds, and flowers passing through a sieve with 7 mm diameter openings. Color is green, brownish-green, or greenish-violet with dirty-yellow specks. Odor is weak. Taste is bitter, slightly viscous.

Cleavers herb contains flavonoids (luteolin-D-glucopyranoside, butein, sulfuretin, butein D-glucopyranoside), condensed tannins, carotene, coumarins (umbelliferone and scopoletin), ascorbic acid, essential oil (traces), mucilage, amines, bitter substances, γ-lactones, and trace elements. This complex of biologically active substances exerts diuretic, diaphoretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, blood-purifying, choleretic, and bactericidal effects. Aqueous extracts of cleavers herb improve appetite and digestion, normalize impaired metabolism, and reduce arterial blood pressure.

The safety and clinical efficacy of the medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding have not been studied; therefore, "Prichepy Herb" may be administered orally only when the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or infant.

Method of Administration and Dosage
Place 2 tablespoons of the herb into an enameled container, add 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover with a lid, and steep in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, then strain and squeeze the residue into the strained infusion. Adjust the volume of the infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Take warm, 2–3 times daily, 15–20 minutes before meals: for adults and children aged 14 years and older – ⅓ cup; for children aged 12–14 years – ¼ cup.
Externally, the infusion is used as compresses and baths.
The duration of treatment is determined individually by a physician.

The medicinal product is not recommended for internal use in children under 12 years of age.

May enhance the manifestations of adverse reactions.
Side effects.
