Who should not use Menovazan flexpray?
The drug should not be used by children under 12 years of age, nor by people with increased sensitivity to novocaine or other components of the composition. It should not be applied to the face or to damaged skin.
What are the possible side effects?
Allergic reactions such as redness, irritation, itching, rash, swelling, or urticaria are possible. With prolonged use, dizziness, weakness, and decreased blood pressure may also occur.
Can this product be combined with other medicines?
The components of the drug may weaken the effect of antibacterial sulfonamides and enhance the effect of other local anesthetics. Any simultaneous use of other medicines should be reported to a doctor.
Does Menovazan flexpray affect the ability to drive a vehicle?
The drug does not affect reaction speed when driving a car or operating machinery.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDICAL USE OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT MENOVAZAN FLEKSPRAY (MENOVASANFLEKSPRAY)
Composition:
Active substances: benzocaine (anaesthesin), procaine hydrochloride (novocaine), menthol;
100 ml of solution contains anaesthesin – 1 g, novocaine – 1 g, menthol – 2.5 g;
Excipient: ethanol 70%.
Pharmaceutical form. Topical solution, alcoholic.
Main physico-chemical properties: clear, colorless liquid with a menthol odor.
Pharmacotherapeutic group.

Pharmacological Properties.
Pharmacodynamics.
The drug has anti-itching properties and local anesthetic effect. When applied to the skin and mucous membranes, it stimulates nerve endings, causing sensations of cold, mild burning, and tingling.
It exerts a mild analgesic effect.
Pharmacokinetics.
When applied locally, the drug does not enter the bloodstream.

The drug is prescribed for neuralgias, myalgias, and arthralgias.
Contraindications.
The drug is contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to novocaine and other components of the drug.
Special safety precautions.
Do not apply to damaged skin or skin with signs of allergy. Do not apply to facial skin.
Do not violate the rules for using the drug, as this may harm health.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions.
Components of the drug (anesthesin, novocaine) reduce the antibacterial effect of sulfonamide drugs. Enhance the effects of drugs with local anesthetic action.
When using any other medicinal products simultaneously, inform your physician.

The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible only when the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or infant.

Method of administration and dosage.
The drug is intended for topical use. MENOVASAN FLEX SPRAY is applied evenly onto the affected area of skin and rubbed in. The drug should be used 2–3 times daily. The duration of treatment depends on the form and severity of the disease, the drug's effectiveness, and the treatment regimen (monotherapy or in combination with other medicinal products).
Children.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Overdose.
With prolonged use, dizziness, general weakness, decreased arterial pressure, and allergic reactions may occur. If such symptoms develop, discontinue the drug, wash off any residue from the skin surface with water, and administer symptomatic therapy.
Side effects.
Allergic reactions are possible (hyperemia, skin irritation, itching sensation, rash, swelling, urticaria).
If any adverse events occur, consult a physician.
Shelf life. 3 years.
The product must not be used after the expiry date stated on the package.
Storage conditions.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, in a place inaccessible to children.
Packaging. 20 ml or 50 ml in a bottle with a mechanical spray pump, 1 bottle per carton.
