    The drug is used to reduce intoxication, improve microcirculation, and serve as an energy source (carbohydrates) in diabetes mellitus. It is applied in shock states (traumatic, burn, surgical), acute blood loss, preoperative preparation, as well as in infections, burn diseases, and chronic hepatitis.
