How should LACRINORM be administered?
Apply 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 3-4 times a day, ensuring that the last dose is taken before going to bed. During application, the tube must be held in a perpendicular rather than an oblique position to obtain a regular drop. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
What are the possible side effects of LACRINORM?
In some cases, mild intolerance such as burning or irritation may occur, which does not require a change in treatment. Immediately after application, mild blurred vision may occur due to the density of the gel, but this disappears very quickly.
When should the product not be used?
It must not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the components. The product is for external use only.
Can I use the gel with contact lenses?
Do not use the product while wearing contact lenses; it should be used between applications. If applied, you must wait 15 minutes before putting in the lenses.
Are there interactions with other products?
The simultaneous use of other antiseptics and eye cleansers must be avoided.
How long can the product be stored after opening?
The product must not be used more than 30 days after the first opening of the container.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components.
Precautions for use
This product is for external use only. The use, especially prolonged, of topical products may lead to sensitization phenomena; in such cases, discontinue treatment and consult a physician to initiate appropriate therapy.
Do not use LACRINORM while wearing contact lenses, but between periods of lens wear. If application is necessary, wait 15 minutes before inserting contact lenses.
Interactions
Avoid concomitant use of other antiseptics and ocular detergents.
Warnings
Do not use for prolonged treatments; if no improvement is observed after a short period of treatment, consult a physician. Accidental ingestion of certain disinfectants may have serious, sometimes fatal, consequences.
Dosage, method and duration of administration
1 drop into the conjunctival sac 3-4 times daily (the last dose before bedtime).
During application, hold the tube vertically, not at an angle, to ensure a consistent drop.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Undesired effects
In some cases, intolerance (burning or irritation) may occur, although it is generally transient and without serious consequences, and does not require treatment modification.
Immediately after application, a slight temporary blurring of vision may occur due to the gel's viscosity; this blurring disappears rapidly.
Inform your physician or pharmacist if any adverse effects not described in this leaflet occur.
Attention
Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
The product must not be used more than 30 days after first opening the container.
