It is used in adults with advanced cancer to prevent serious complications caused by bone metastases (such as fractures or pressure on the bone marrow) and in the treatment of giant cell bone tumor in adults and adolescents whose bones have stopped growing.

Zarzio stimulates the bone marrow to produce a greater number of white blood cells. It is used to prevent infections after chemotherapy or after a bone marrow transplant, to prepare the bone marrow before high-dose chemotherapy, to treat severe chronic neutropenia, and to reduce the risk of infections in patients with advanced-stage HIV.

Zessly is used in adults to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (Bechterew's disease), psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn's disease. In adults and children aged 6 years and older, it is also indicated for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
