What is the dosage of Lime flowers for adults and children?
Take warm 2-3 times a day after meals. Adults and children aged 14 and older — 1 glass (or 1/2-1 glass when using raw material); children aged 12-14 — 1/2 glass (or 1/3 glass); children aged 7-12 — 1/3 glass (or 1/4 glass); children aged 3-7 — 1/4 glass (or 2 tablespoons).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDICAL USE OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT LINDEN FLOWERS (TILIAE FLOS)
Composition:
Active ingredient: linden flowers (Tiliae flos);
1 pack contains linden flowers (Tiliae flos) – 40 g; 1 filter bag contains linden flowers (Tiliae flos) – 1.5 g.
Pharmaceutical form. Flowers.
Main physicochemical properties:
Ground raw material: a mixture of flowers, flower stalks, and fragments of bracts of various shapes, sized from 0.5 to 20 mm. Petals are whitish-yellow in color, sepals are greenish- or yellowish-gray, bracts are light yellow or greenish-yellow. Odor is weak and pleasant. Taste is slightly sweet, somewhat astringent, with a sensation of sliminess;

Pharmacodynamics.
The biologically active substances of the drug exert anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, diaphoretic, choleretic, and mild sedative effects, and enhance gastric juice secretion.
Clinical characteristics.
Indications.
Oral use – for colds, bronchitis; topical use – for tonsillitis, stomatitis, laryngitis, gingivitis (as part of complex therapy).
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity to biologically active components of the drug. Pollinosis.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interactions. Unknown.
Usage features.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Upon prescription by a physician in cases where the benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus/child.
Ability to affect reaction rate when driving or operating machinery. No effect.
Method of Administration and Dosage.
Place 2 tablespoons of flowers into an enameled container, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover with a lid, and steep in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the residue into the strained infusion. Adjust the infusion volume with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take warm, 2–3 times daily after meals: for adults and children aged 14 years and older – ½–1 glass; for children aged 12–14 years – ⅓ glass; aged 7–12 years – ¼ glass; aged 3–7 years – 2 tablespoons. For external use, apply for rinsing of the oral cavity and throat 3–4 times daily. Shake the infusion before use.
Place 3 filter packets into a glass or enameled container, pour 200 ml of boiling water, cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Take warm, 2–3 times daily after meals: for adults and children aged 14 years and older – 1 glass; for children aged 12–14 years – ½ glass; aged 7–12 years – ⅓ glass; aged 3–7 years – ¼ glass. For external use, apply for rinsing of the oral cavity and throat 3–4 times daily.

Storage conditions.
