How should Griczikova herb be correctly prepared and taken?
If using the herb: pour 200 ml of hot water over 2 tablespoons, infuse in a water bath for 15 min, cool for 45 min, strain, and top up with water to a volume of 200 ml. Take 1 tablespoon 4-5 times a day after meals. If using filter bags: pour 300 ml of boiling water over 3 bags, infuse for 15-20 min. Take ¼ cup 4-5 times a day after meals.
What are the contraindications for use?
The preparation must not be taken in cases of increased blood clotting, a history of thromboembolism, or hypersensitivity to its components.
Can the preparation be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Use is contraindicated, as the preparation increases uterine tone.
Can this remedy be given to children?
Prescribing the preparation to children is not recommended.
What are the possible side effects of Griczikova herb?
Allergic reactions are possible (redness, rash, itching, and skin edema). With prolonged use, decreased blood pressure and increased blood clotting may be observed.

The prepared aqueous extract should be stored at a temperature of 8-15 °C for no more than 2 days.

Composition:
Active substance: bursae pastoris herba (Bursaepastoris herba);
1 pack contains 60 g of bursae pastoris herba (Bursaepastoris herba);
1 filter bag contains 1.5 g of bursae pastoris herba (Bursaepastoris herba).
Pharmaceutical form. Herba.
Main physico-chemical characteristics: fragments of leaves, stems, inflorescences, flowers, and fruits of various shapes, light green, green, greyish-green, or yellowish-green in color with whitish specks.
Pharmacotherapeutic group. Agents stimulating myometrial tone and contractile activity. ATC code: G02AX.

Biologically active substances of the plant exert hemostatic, astringent, anti-inflammatory, hypotensive, diuretic, and choleretic effects; enhance the contractile activity of the uterine smooth muscle, stimulate gastric motility, and accelerate intestinal peristalsis.

Method of Administration and Dosage
Place 2 tablespoons of the herb into an enameled container, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover with a lid, and steep in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, then strain and squeeze the residue into the strained infusion. Adjust the volume of the infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Take warm, 1 tablespoon 4–5 times daily after meals.
Place 3 filter packets into a glass or enameled container, pour 300 ml of boiling water, cover, and steep for 15–20 minutes. Take the infusion warm, ¼ cup 4–5 times daily after meals.
Store the prepared aqueous extract at 8–15 °C for no more than 2 days.
The duration of treatment is determined individually by a physician.

Allergic reactions (including hyperemia, rash, itching, and skin swelling). With prolonged use – decreased blood pressure, hypercoagulation.
