    Zarxio is used to reduce the duration and severity of neutropenia (a decrease in neutrophil levels) in patients undergoing chemotherapy or bone marrow transplantation. It is also used for the mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells, in the treatment of certain types of congenital neutropenia, and for persistent neutropenia associated with HIV infection.
