Octaplas lg is indicated for complex coagulation factor deficiency causing coagulation disorders due to liver insufficiency or massive hemorrhage. It is also used for coagulation factor replacement in the deficiency of specific factors when they are unavailable, or for therapy in coagulation disorders caused by factor S deficiency.
