The drug is used for the symptomatic treatment of focal spasticity of the upper and lower limbs in adults and children (from 2 years of age), spastic scoliosis, blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm, as well as for the temporary reduction of facial wrinkles (glabellar and periocular) and the treatment of excessive axillary sweating.

It is also used for the treatment of severe axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).
