The drug is used to treat adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma (if previous treatment has failed or is contraindicated), as well as to treat patients with recurrent ovarian cancer in combination with another drug (PLD).

The drug is prescribed to adults for the treatment of advanced soft tissue sarcoma (if previous treatment with anthracyclines and ifosfamide has been ineffective or is contraindicated), as well as for the treatment of patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer in combination with another drug (Doxil/liposomal doxorubicin).
