The drug is used for the treatment of adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (in combination with or following radiotherapy), as well as for children from 3 years of age and adults with malignant glioma in the form of glioblastoma multiforme or anaplastic astrocytoma, if the disease progresses or recurs after standard treatment.
