The drug is prescribed to adults for the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphomas (follicular and diffuse large B-cell), chronic lymphocytic leukemia, severe rheumatoid arthritis, as well as granulomatosis with polyangiitis and microscopic polyangiitis. In children from 6 months to 18 years of age, it is indicated for certain forms of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
