The drug is used for the treatment of adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (in combination with radiotherapy, and subsequently as monotherapy), as well as for children from 3 years of age and adults with malignant glioma (glioblastoma multiforme or anaplastic astrocytoma) in cases of disease recurrence or progression.
