Do not take it if you are allergic to paracetamol or any of its components. You should also consult a doctor before use if you suffer from kidney, liver, heart, or lung diseases, anemia, asthma, or if you are undergoing treatment for epilepsy.
What side effects can Paracetamol MABO cause?
It may cause uncommon side effects such as discomfort, low blood pressure, or increased transaminases. In very rare cases, it may cause kidney problems, skin rashes, yellowing of the skin (jaundice), blood disorders, or low blood sugar. The use of high or prolonged doses can damage the liver.

During treatment with Paracetamol MABO, inform your doctor immediately if:
- You have serious illnesses such as severe renal failure or sepsis (when bacteria and their toxins circulate in the blood, causing organ damage), or if you suffer from malnutrition, chronic alcoholism, or are also taking flucloxacillin (an antibiotic). A serious condition called metabolic acidosis (an abnormality in blood and body fluids) has been reported in patients in these situations when paracetamol is used at regular doses over a prolonged period or when paracetamol is taken together with flucloxacillin. Symptoms of metabolic acidosis may include: severe difficulty breathing with deep and rapid breathing, drowsiness, feeling unwell (nausea), and vomiting.
