It is used in adults to treat certain types of skin cancer (advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and advanced basal cell carcinoma in specific cases), lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer), and cervical cancer that has worsened after chemotherapy. It is also used to help prevent the recurrence of skin cancer (CSCC) after surgery.
