They can be taken with or without food. It is important to drink plenty of fluids during the day to prevent the formation of kidney stones.", "When should I not take this medication?": "Do not take it if you are allergic to topiramate or any of its components. Pregnant women should not use it to prevent migraines, and in the case of epilepsy, it should only be used if no other treatment provides sufficient seizure control. Women of childbearing age must use highly effective contraceptive methods during treatment.", "What side effects can Topamax cause?": "Frequent side effects include weight loss, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, concentration problems, memory loss, and mood changes.
