For restless legs syndrome, the dose is typically taken once daily, in the evening, 2-3 hours before bedtime.", "When should I not take this medication?": "Do not take it if you are allergic to pramipexole or any of its components. Its use is also not recommended in children or adolescents under 18 years of age.", "What side effects can MIRAPEXIN cause?": "Very frequent side effects include involuntary movements (dyskinesia), drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. Other common side effects are confusion, fatigue, insomnia, headache, blurred vision, constipation, or vomiting. Unusual behaviors or uncontrollable impulses (such as excessive gambling or uncontrollable spending) have also been reported.", "What should I keep in mind regarding other medications?": "You should avoid using MIRAPEXIN along with antipsychotic medications.
