    It is used in adults to prevent or treat nausea and vomiting that may occur after surgery, due to radiation therapy, or caused by migraine. In children aged 1 to 18 years, it is used to treat nausea and vomiting after surgery or to prevent delayed nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy.
