Your doctor may adjust the dose (increase, decrease, or discontinue it) based on the results of follow-up echocardiograms.", "When should I not take CAMZYOS?": "Do not take it if you are allergic to mavacamten or any of its ingredients, if you are pregnant or may become pregnant without using effective contraceptive methods, or if you are taking certain medications for infections (such as itraconazole or clarithromycin), for HIV (such as ritonavir), for cancer, or certain antibiotics.", "What side effects can CAMZYOS cause?": "Very common side effects include dizziness and difficulty breathing. Fainting may also occur.
