    It is used to treat adults with a type of lung cancer called 'non-small cell lung cancer' (NSCLC) that is 'ALK positive'. It may be prescribed after surgery to prevent the cancer from returning, as a first-line treatment if the cancer has spread, or if crizotinib has already been used.
