What is ORENCIA used for?": "It is used in adults to treat rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis.", "How should I take ORENCIA?": "A dose of 125 mg should be injected once a week under the skin (subcutaneously), either in the abdomen or the front of the thigh.", "When should I not use this medication?": "It should not be used if you are allergic to the active ingredient or any of its components, or if you have a serious or uncontrolled infection.", "What side effects can ORENCIA cause?": "The most frequent side effects are upper respiratory tract infections (nose, throat), headache, and nausea. Lung or urinary tract infections, fatigue, diarrhea, skin rashes, and dizziness may also occur.", "What should I do if I have an allergic reaction?": "Inform your doctor immediately if you experience swelling of the face, hands, or feet, difficulty breathing or swallowing, severe rash, or hives.", "Can I take other medications while using this treatment?": "You may use it with steroids or analgesics (such as ibuprofen or diclofenac), but you must not use it with other biological medications for rheumatoid arthritis, such as adalimumab, etanercept, or infliximab.", "What precautions should I take regarding vaccines?": "You must inform your doctor if you have been recently vaccinated or if you are planning to be, as some vaccines should not be administered during treatment.", "What happens if I miss a dose?": "If you forget a dose within a three-day period, administer it as soon as you remember and follow your usual schedule.
