The medicinal product is used for short-term topical anesthesia of the skin before certain medical procedures, such as needle insertion (e.g., during an injection or blood sampling), minor surgical procedures, removal of wart-like lesions, or cleaning of lower limb ulcers. In adults and adolescents, it may also be used to anesthetize the genitals before procedures.
