Omeboix is used for the treatment of, among others, gastroesophageal reflux disease (heartburn, pain, inflammation), gastric and duodenal ulcers, as well as ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori bacteria or anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It also helps with excessive gastric acid secretion in Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
