It is used to treat fungal nail infections (caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, or moulds). It helps when the nail changes color to white, yellow, or brown, or when it becomes thickened. The medicine is intended for use when the infection involves only the top part of the nail plate and affects a maximum of two nails.
