This is a dye used during an examination (fluorescein angiography) so that the doctor can see the blood vessels on the back wall of the eyeball. The medicine is used solely for diagnostic purposes and is not intended for the treatment of diseases.

The medicinal product is used to treat symptoms of dry eye syndrome (including in the course of dry keratitis and conjunctivitis and Sjögren's syndrome) and for the temporary relief of discomfort caused by eye irritation, sun, or wind.
