Varodoax is used in adults to prevent strokes and other blood clots (e.g., in atrial fibrillation) and to treat and prevent the recurrence of blood clots in the leg veins and pulmonary vessels. In children and adolescents under 18 years of age (weighing more than 30 kg), it is also used to treat clots following initial treatment with injectable medications.

Varodoax is used in adults to prevent strokes and other blood clots (in non-valvular atrial fibrillation) and to treat and prevent the recurrence of blood clots in the leg veins and pulmonary vessels. In children and adolescents under 18 years of age (weighing more than 30 kg), it is used for the treatment and prevention of clots after at least 5 days of treatment with injections.
