    The medicinal product is used to prevent reinfection with the hepatitis B virus after liver transplantation and for immediate protection against infection in case of accidental exposure to the virus (in unvaccinated individuals), in patients undergoing hemodialysis, in newborns of mothers who are carriers of the virus, and in individuals for whom vaccination was not effective.
