It is used to treat certain types of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (either low-grade or transformed, if rituximab treatment has not been effective, or follicular lymphoma in previously untreated patients). It can also be used as consolidation therapy to improve the reduction of lymphoma cells following chemotherapy.
