zolbetuximab

This medicinal product is used to treat adult patients with gastric cancer or gastro-oesophageal junction cancer (the point where the oesophagus meets the stomach), when the tumour cannot be surgically removed or has spread to other parts of the body. It is administered to patients whose tumours are positive for the Claudin 18.2 protein and negative for the HER2 protein.
