    It is used to treat adult patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) who present with anemia due to this disease. It is also indicated for adults and adolescents (between 12 and 17 years old) with C3 glomerulopathy (C3G) or immune complex-mediated membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN).
