It is used, in combination with standard therapy, for the treatment of adults and adolescents (from 12 years of age and older) suffering from generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), an autoimmune disease that causes muscle weakness, extreme fatigue, difficulty swallowing, and shortness of breath.
