encorafenib

It is an anticancer drug used to treat adults with melanoma or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that have a specific BRAF gene mutation and which has spread or cannot be surgically removed. It is also used for colorectal cancer in patients who have already received other anticancer treatments and who have the same BRAF mutation.
